Cauliflower soup

I Ingredients
Cauliflower ( cut in small florets) - 1/2
Oil - 2 tsp
Onion  (chopped) - 1/2
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Broth - 3 cups
Bechare sauce - 2 cups

Preparation
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pot. Saute onions and cauliflower in the oil
Add salt and pepper, cover and heat for 15 minutes in reduced heat. Stir in regular intervals.
Add broth and bring to  boil
Add bechamel sauce and boil for 20 minutes 

Serve hot
